Mobile Terms of Service.

RAFA Racing Club - Houston LLC ("RAFA Racing Club," "we," "us," or "our") offers a text message program (the "Program") to members, guests, and prospective members. These Mobile Terms of Service govern your participation in the Program. By opting in, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; continued participation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Program description
When you opt in, you may receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from RAFA Racing Club at the mobile number you provide. The Program is used only for RAFA Racing Club events. Messages may include:
- Event invitations and announcements — notice of upcoming club events, track days, and hospitality experiences.
- Registration messages — RSVP, registration, and ticket or guest-pass confirmations.
- Event logistics — schedules, reminders, arrival and parking details, credential pickup, venue information, and day-of updates or changes.
We do not use the Program to send product, merchandise, or other promotional offers.
How to opt in
You can opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on a RAFA Racing Club form, or by texting a keyword we publish to our number. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership or of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the events you are invited to or registered for. You will typically receive more messages in the days before and during an event you are attending, and few or none between events.
Message and data rates
RAFA Racing Club does not charge for the Program. However, message and data rates may apply for messages you send and receive, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (you may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT). You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through one of our forms.
Opting out of text messages does not unsubscribe you from email. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Supported carriers and delivery
The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and network and is not guaranteed.
Your mobile number
You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll a mobile number. If you change or deactivate your number, reply STOP from the old number or contact us so we can update our records; you will need to opt in again with your new number. We may change the number or short code we send from; we will notify you if we do, and STOP or HELP requests sent to a retired number may not be received.
Eligibility
The Program is intended for adults 18 years of age or older located in the United States.
Privacy
We do not sell your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who help us operate the Program. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAFA Racing Club is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of messages, or for any action you take or fail to take based on messages sent through the Program.
